Stretch Film

Stretch film is the most commonly used material for protecting and securing products during transportation and storage on pallets. It can be applied using a handheld dispenser or a pallet wrapping machine.

There are various colors available for both handheld and machine rolls:

  • Black
  • White
  • Blue
  • Red
  • Green
  • Orange

Hand Stretch Film

Hand rolls come in various sizes and thicknesses. Standard thicknesses are 17, 20, and 23 microns. Thicker films, up to 35 microns, are available upon request.

Machine Stretch Film

Machine rolls are available with a stretch capacity ranging from 150% to 300%. Our standard hand stretch film is extra smooth, making it easier to load and unload pallets.

Perforated Film

This film is widely used in agriculture, horticulture, and industry. The advantage of perforated film is that it prevents condensation formation between the product and the film. Perforated film is available in both hand rolls and machine rolls, with macro and mini perforations, and in various stretch percentages.

Net Wrap (Nylon Film)

Suitable for heavy industrial products and for ventilating and cooling purposes. It is a highly durable film available in both hand rolls and machine rolls.

Bin Liners

Using bin liners in boxes, crates, and bins provides excellent protection for your meat, fish, or cheese against dust and dirt during storage or transport. We supply bin liners on rolls, as blocks or sheets, in various colors and materials (LDPE, HDPE, and MDPE), depending on your production process.

We offer bin liners in the following colors:

  • Blue

  • Orange
  • Purple

TIP: When using a colored bin liner instead of a transparent one, it becomes more visible among your products if any plastic tears or becomes loose.

Tape

Tape consists of a film layer and an adhesive layer. Single-sided tape has an adhesive layer on one side and is intended for sticking two overlapping materials together. Tape is highly suitable for securely and quickly sealing boxes and packaging. The type of tape suitable depends on its intended use.

Acrylic Tape

Acrylic tape is a polypropylene film (film layer) with an acrylic adhesive. Acrylic tape can be broadly divided into two types:

  • Noise tape and low noise tape, with the difference determined by the thickness of the film, corona treatment of the film, release, and the amount of adhesive.
  • Noise tape generates relatively more noise during processing.

Noise tape has a low initial tack, making it less suitable for sealing boxes made of testliner (recycled) cardboard, for example. Low noise tape generates minimal noise during processing and has a high initial tack, making it adhere better to testliner cardboard.

Both types have unlimited durability and can be processed at almost any temperature (when stored between 12 and 22 degrees Celsius).

Acrylic tape is available in transparent, brown, and white. The tape is also suitable for printing. Applications of acrylic tape include:

  • Single-sided adhesive tape, such as box sealing tape.
  • Double-sided adhesive tapes.
  • Printed tapes.

Solvent tape

Solvent tape is a polypropylene film with a rubber solvent adhesive. The orange-colored tape is highly suitable for machine processing and for freezer packaging. It is a noise tape with a long lifespan and optimal processability at temperatures between 18 and 22 degrees Celsius. This temperature is also recommended for storage. The tape adheres well to almost all types of cardboard. Due to advanced printing techniques, solvent tape can be easily printed.

The tape is available in transparent, brown, and white.

Hotmelt tape

This tape has a hotmelt adhesive. Hotmelt adhesives, also known as heatseal adhesives, are made from thermoplastics. They come in the form of granules, sheets, and fabrics. The adhesive bond is formed by cooling the melted adhesive mass. Hotmelt adhesives do not contain solvents.

This tape is used for sealing cardboard boxes and various other materials, and it is widely used as machine tape due to its high initial tack. Hotmelt tape is a noise tape and produces sound when unrolled. Standard hotmelt tape is unprinted, but printed hotmelt tape is also available. This tape is not suitable for processing at low temperatures. For that, it is better to use tape with a rubber solvent adhesive. Additionally, hotmelt tape has limited shelf life and is sensitive to UV. If you process the tape at higher temperatures, the product can be placed in the freezer afterward. In addition to hand rolls with 66 meters per roll, hotmelt tape is also available in machine rolls. Machine rolls contain more meters per roll.

The most commonly used lengths are 660, 990, and 1500 meters per roll. The standard width for this tape is 50 mm. Upon request, the tape is also available in other widths and lengths.

Masking Tape

Better known as painter’s tape or masking tape. Leaves no residue. Multiple qualities available for indoor and outdoor applications.

Strapping Tape

Used for bundling products or as strapping around a pallet. Provides good adhesion but leaves no residue.

Reinforced Tape

The strongest tape available. Highly suitable for securely sealing boxes or bundles that require extra assurance, such as steel and wood.
